Gift inscription signed by the author to the corner of the title page, otherwise a very clean copy. The diaries give details of the travels in the mid 1790s of the two young ladies, who lived at Ellenthorpe Hall near Boroughbridge, with John Carr, and give details of the houses they saw and his wide circle of friends. They stayed at Chatsworth and Wentworth Woodhouse.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Soft Cover. Fine.
