BH4 - A tight, clean, sound copy with minor overall shelf wear plus there is tape staining on the inside surfaces of the boards plus the dust jacket endflaps are glued to the inside surfaces of the boards plus there is some very light tape staining on the front and back endpapers plus there is some very light soiling on the outside board surfaces plus there are the usual library stamps, label, and pocket on the top and bottom outside paper edges, copyright page, and back endpaper. The dust jacket shows very minor overall shelf wear mainly in the form of some very light fading on the spine plus there is a library label on the spine plus the endflaps are glued to the inside surfaces of the boards plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. A book that examines Theodore Roosevelt's last great adventure in world politics in the Japanese-American crisis of 1906-1909. The tension generated by this crisis affected the development of American strategy in the Pacific Ocean including the roles of Great Britain and Canada. Selected bibliography, indexed, 347p..
