Couple of nicks to the slip case on top and bottom of spine. Green stiff paper cover is enclosed in a paper covering. Cover is perfect except for a small stain at the top and bottom of the spine. Deckled edges. Tissue paper is still between the pages that have illustrations. All the illustrations are perfect. Illustrations in color. Light foxing to the pages. This is numbered 335. There were 489 printed. I put the exemplaire in a translation program and this is the translation: This Volume, The First, Of the Three Tales Of G. Flaubert, has been established by Paul Vigerie and finish to print has been in the fall 1946. The typographic impression has been achieved by the main printer Georges Girard and the original aqua fortis of Charles Genty have been pulled on the presses of the tradition,
