Philadelphia: F.A. Davis Company, Publshers, 1928 Copyright 1928 and 1928 printed on title page. VERY GOOD. A clean, well-bound copy. Owner name neatly penned on front pasted endpaper, no other markings. Top edge "dusty" and 2 leaves with corner creases but otherwise pages are fine. Endpapers toned. Bound in green cloth hardcover, blind embossed rules on front cover, gilt spine lettering. Faint spotting to upper portion of front cover and what appears to be thin line of ink along front hinge but otherwise cover is clean with only light edge rub. Binding firm, hinges intact, boards and spine straight. 6 x 9-1/4"; 258 pages plus 5 pages publisher's ads.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
