Illustrated in color throughout. Tyrsa Nikolai Andreevich (1887-1942) was a Russian artist who studied with Leon Bakst around World War 1, and participated in the exhibitions of 'Mir Iskusstva'. After the war he became an important teacher at the the Higher State Artistic and Technical Workshops (VKhUTEMAS). 11" high X 8" wide, about 150 pages.
