London, England: No Place / London, UK: No Publisher ( Grant Delin - Self Published ? ) / Westzone, 1997 / 2001, 1st Edition, First Printing for Both, 2001. ------------( 1st printing of the First Edition ) ---2 volumes (ONE SHIPPING PRICE ), hardcovers, both are Near Fine copies, this listing is for TWO BOOKS, ---the first is simply titled LEBENSRAUM and does not have any publisher information, date at the rear of the book is 1997, it is a Near Fine copy, no dustjacket as issued, about 12.5w x 7.5h inches, coil bound with clear plastic covers, this contains about 30 b&w images presented on heavy card stock, all of these images appear in the other volume (EXTERMINATION ) except for one image (which I suspect was not an image Westzone wanted to include), all the images are from the death camps mentioned in the other volume although there are no credited images from Chelmo (which are in the other volume), this volume has no publisher information and the only date is 1997 so this is likely a precursor to the 2001 edition by Westzone, ---the volume titled: Lebensraum, Extermination Camps of the Third Reich is about 11.25w x 7.75h inches, a Near Fine copy in a Very Good+ lightly rubbed dustjacket with a very short closed tear and a couple of small nicks, unpaginated but WorldCat states about 150 pages, about 90 b&w images, so a much more extensive offering than the earlier edition, afterword by Carroll, ---neither edition is common but the 1997 edition seems to be particularly scarce, ---the majority of the images in both books are for the most part common everyday objects without any real intonations of evil purposes, images like a cannister of ZYKLON B are obviously imbued with an elelment of menace but so are images of washing sinks, a staircase, the sole of a shoe, etc., a collection of b&w photos with a more than unsettling aura, any image directly beside this listing is the actual book and not a generic photo ///NOT SIGNED ---GUARANTEED to be AVAILABLE/// ---sizes are approximate (generally within 1/8 inch)---.
