The newspaper also elaborates on the goals of the event, related topics, and statements from participating organizations (including Frank Jackalone, President of the United States Students Association; Maggie Kuhn, National Gray Panthers; Michael Harrington, National Chair of the Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee).
