Original green cloth covered slipcase. Copy number 64 of the 160 numbered copies signed by MacNeill which constitute the Main Edition -- a Special edition of 26 lettered copies was also published. Small inscribed card to "Ray, Merry Christmas and best wishes for 1987 Love Alyson & John." This book came from Raymond W. Smith, a good friend and fellow bookseller, who died in 2019.
