The 'plain' or 'thin' format: the last hardcover format used for this series until 2004. While not as well known as Nancy Drew, this is many girls' favorite series: Trixie is a real 14 year old girl, with chores, school to attend, a little brother to babysit - but lots of adventures! Cover by Larry Frederick. White endpapers, with green drawings of the Bob-Whites, now distinctly teenagers of the period (1970's.) 234 pp.
