A word for word printing of a Treaty of Peace, Friendship, Navigation and Commerce between the United States and Venezuela, issued as a proclamation by President Andrew Jackson. GOOD condition. General minor toning and browning to the paper. Minor curling and creasing along the spine. Paper clip rust stain on the upper rear of the last page. Some fading.
