Hardcover. 4pp + xlviii + 259pp + [4pp] , not signed to rear of title page, and does not contain extra engraved title page which was present in only a few copies, 1st 6pps sl dusty with v minor worming in top margin, waterstain in bottom last page, corner of 1 pp torn away, not affecting text, bound in half leathjer/cream cloth [cloth a bit discoloured]; Large Octavo .
