About This Item
New York: Philosophical Library, 1961. First Edition. 8vo. 23cm x 16cm. Publisher's bright orange cloth. Dustjacket. Titled in rather fetching blue gilt to spine with a little minor scuffing and edgewear, in a priceclipped pictorial dustjacket, with some marginal wear and the effects of a poorly removed label to the rear panel that has taken the surface off the paper in a square of an inch or so. A very good, strong copy with a couple of minor defects. 271pp. Internally clean. Top edge stained orange. A lavishly illustrated and rather exhaustive source book of the magical arts.
