A photographic essay, by Mark Power, of the old H M Treasury building at Whitehall, London. Beautiful full page photographs of the reconstruction of the building. This edition is limited to 1500 copies (so stated). Laid in is a letter from Spencer de Grey of Foster and Partners, in London, gifting the book to John Dayton of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Dayton and his wife, Arlene, are important civic and business figures in Dallas. Also laid in is a copy of a review of the book and project from the London Sunday Times. The book has a clear plastic dust jacket. The book and jacket are in fine, like new condition.
