Hardcover. Ex library. Poor. Treasure Trove, or, He Would be a Gentleman (The Works of Samuel Lover), New York: The Athenaeum Society, date not stated, 565 pages. Half morocco stamped in blind and gilt, fingernail-sized chip top spine, spine strip torn and attached by only one edge about 3 inches at top, marbled boards and endpapers, rear free endpaper torn at hinge and barely attached, binding seems rather firm for all that, top edge gilt, soil/dark toning other edges, library stamps, labels etc, reading copy only with light tanning. Frontispiece.
