Matching two volumes: 1/4 red leather bound, five raised bands to each, with marbled paper covered boards, which are rubbed. Both volumes have edge wear, some scuffing to leather, spine leather darkened, but gilt title and numbering still bright. Marbled end pages, well bound, firm hinges. Age toned text, but clean and unmarked. Continuous pagination: 1,320 pages with hundreds of inter-text woodcut illustrations. Text in French More information and images gladly given, please inquire.
