London: David Nutt, 1912, vii, 348 p. front., plates, ports., fold. map, fold plan, facsims. A handsome book in red cloth with gilt lettering on spine and front cover panel, illustrations in black on spine and cover panel. The book is in very good, clean, bright condition, lower right bottom corner was bumped causing some wrinkling to cloth. The spine is a little sun-faded.
