James Nisbet & Co., 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 400 pages. No dust jacket. Green illustrated cloth boards with gilt lettering. Contains black and white illustrations. Hinges and gutters are moderately cracked with exposed netting. Clean pages and illustrations with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpaper and pastedowns. Front free endpaper is missing. Binding is slightly loose. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Gilt lettering is darkened. Minor splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Visible wear marks to boards.
