The Art Deco building was demolished in 1972 to make way for the construction of First Canadian Place. Produced by Bridon Limited, Toronto. Stapled taupe heavy paper covers. 15 pages on heavy stock paper with blank back pages, uncut at upper edge. 2 small water stains on back. with chips, tears to corners & spine ends of the fragile covers. Pages clean, tight & unmarked.
