Illust w historical bw photographs and reproductions. Flat black endpapers. White boards w crisp black lettering to spine. No edgewear, light toning to top edges and tail. Binding square and sound. Blue-tone photo illustrated DJ is clean, showing 3.5cm vertical tear bottom back at tail, and 2cm vertical tear bottom back near fore edge. DJ preserved in BroDart cover. Quarto - 288 x 240mm. Originally published 1964, with further printings in 1964,1965, and 1968, this is the second edition, 1974, first printing. This association copy is inscribed by former Toronto city mayor, David Crombie, (1972-78).
