About This Item
First Edition/First Printing; A Near Fine book in a Very Good dust jacket. An outstanding copy of this novel, the sequel to "Topper", and basis for the 1939 film; known for his outlandish and racy books, this one is actually a ghost story of sorts. This copy is in near fine condition with only some light fading to the spine lettering and some mild crimping to the spine foot, else a fine, clean, and tight copy. Housed in a very good sharp and bright dust jacket that shows a mild age-toning, some light rubbing to the edges, and one closed tear to the top of the front panel, else near fine or better. Uncommon in this condition. Not remaindered, not price clipped ($2.50 intact), not ex-library; in a fresh Mylar sleeve and will ship carefully wrapped in a sturdy box.
