Tissue guarded frontispiece of Mark Twain and 3 other full page illustrations. live green cloth, leather spine labels, gilt stamped spine lettering; top edges gilt is worn Top part of spine is missing. Bottom edge of spine is well worn as is top edge of boards. Corners are bumpedStaining between inside front cover and ffep. Verso of title page has the statement:"This is the authorized uniform edition of all my books, Mark Twain." Otherwise the binding is tight and the pages are clean.
