Very nice copy with gilt title on spine. Has a frontis Tp in black along with main Tp. Same Tp at Rear as a dep. Owners book plate Hiram B Crosby and his name ink top of Tp Apr 8 1874. Crosby was a NYC lawyer whom wrote a set of memoirs while on an expedition to Michigan Iron Mines 1872 Was a Major 21st Conn Volunteers during Civil War. Some age spotting interior Two corners frayed. Some leather rubbed spine exterior. Scarce
