New York: The John Day Company, 1930. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Good. 8vo. xi, 341 pp., illus. Introduction by George Gershwin. Previous owner's name and address in ink on paste-down endpaper, edges discoloured and worn, bruising to head and tail of spine, some offsetting to endpapers, with two small tears at gutter; dustjacket is badly chipped at edges, soiled, and darkened at spine but is still intact. Scarce with dustjacket in any condition.
