New York: Random House Inc., 1969. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 1969 Random House 1st Edition **SIGNED** by Joe Gores on the title page. This book is in VG/VG+ condition. There are two abrasions on each cover. It seems that a previous owner may have used tape. In removing the tape, some of the cloth was pulled. This is a glue residue on the ffep. There is also minor fading on the spine and along the top edges. However, the dust jacket is VG+. It is mylar-wrapped, NOT price clipped and has no nicks, rubs or wears. This is a wonderful signed copy of Gores' first mystery, a very scarce well-written book. FREE With purchase receive the 1992 Mysterious Press ARC of "32 Cadillacs" **SIGNED, DATED & INSCIRBED by Gores in FINE condition. A great SET! ***Brenbooks specializes in first edition mysteries.
