[6],368 pp. Publisher's binding of yellow cloth printed in red on upper board and spine; top-edge stained red. A bright and clean, near-fine copy that is very lightly sunned on spine and has occasional, very small spots of soiling on cloth. In a very good dust-jacket that is lightly sunned on spine and shows negligible wear, including a couple of short closed-tears, at top edge.
