Octavo, 454pp. Dark blue cloth, gilt title on spine, facsimile signature on cover. Appears unread. Publisher's original slipcase and acetate dust jacket, both in fine condition. Top edge dyed blue. From a limited edition of 250 copies signed by former President Gerald R. Ford, this being number 248. Gerald R. Ford served as Vice President following the resignation of Spiro Agnew in 1973. In the wake of the Watergate Scandal and the resignation of President Richard Nixon, Gerald R. Ford assumed the Presidency in 1974. He served from 1974-1977, before being defeated by Jimmy Carter during the 1976 presidential election.
