In three volumes: Vol I is Numbers 1-4, 1958; 150 pp; Very Go od -- a clean, tight copy with sun fading to edges of covers; Vol ume 2 is Numbers 5-10, 1961,, 225 pp; a good copy; interior is cl ean and tight; covers faded at edges, chipped at spine ends. Volu me 3 is Number 11, 1961, consisting of a 26-page monograph and 10 large folded maps. The maps and monograph are fine, virtually pr istine. The blue portfolio covers are faded with substantial edge wear. Facsimile reprints [1986] are widely available, but first p rintings are scarce, especially with all the maps in Number 11 in this condition. .
