New York, NY: Richard R. Smith, 1931. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Joe Richards. Hubin listed mystery where "... they provide thrill after thrill for the most blasé arm-chair jungle hunter..." [DJ flap], later filmed in 1936 as "The Girl From Mandalay". Orange cloth over boards, title stamped in black onto upper board and spine, 12mo (7-7/16 inches [18.8 cm] tall), pp. vi, 301. Volume with a small scuff to bottom edge of upper board, offset to eps and a faint erasure to front pastedown. Manila colored price-intact DJ is soiled with small stains and a few tiny chips. Dust jacket with jungle theme love triangle artwork by Joe Richards.
