Fine in red cloth covered boards with gilt text on the spine and front board with map end sheets. An octavo measuring 8 1/2" by 5 1/2". In a fine, unclipped dust jacket. Signed "Best Wishes" by the author on the title page. 248 pages including an index, text and illustrated with maps and black and white photographs. The author tells the complete story of the famous Fort Ticonderoga from the time of its construction through the Revolutionary War.
