An illustrated anthology of the popular humorist and illustrator's unique writings and drawings on a wide variety of subjects. With numerous pages of the author's cartoons and illustrations toward back half of volume. (Inaccurately listed as a 1957 Modern Library first edition, but likely published c.1967-68.) --- In Toledano spine 13 w/full blue cloth-covered boards, silver titling & decorations stamped on spine; ml logo blindstamped to front cover, blank endpapers. Jacket style l, verso is blank. ML #85.3. --- With school's rubberstamping to front free endpaper, a three-digit number inked to textblock lower edge, binder's glue bleed-through to front endpaper, and with quite noticeable tanning to leaves, else a sound, unmarked, tightly-bound copy. Unclipped dust jacket has some foxing and soiling, is otherwise intact and in removable archival mylar protector.; 12mo - 7 to 7-1/2 in. tall; (12), 369 pages .
