Fair/No Jacket. this 1903 "true First Edition" was was publised in Brantford Ontario...the author mentions Brantford in his preface..brown cloh cover with embossed silver illustration of man on horse and palm trees, he author's travels into the back areas of Bolivia, Paraguay, Uraguay, Brazil and Argentina in 1889. ...this copy has a still tight binding with a lean to it, the pages and pictures are clean of any marks and there is some light fraying to the cover edges
