Orig. published in London in 1928, this is the FIRST American Edition, First Printing, from 1930, this hardcover 8vo has purple textured cloth-over-boards, stamped with a red design & lettering to front & spine. Condition is Near Fine: completely clean & unmarked, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with age-appropriate mild tanning, a bit heavier to edges. Very mild corner bumping. The price-clipped DJ is VG-, with a 1/2" strip of paper loss to head of spine, chipping to corners, darkening to all white areas; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
