Some light creasing to upper corners of front cover and some leaves.; 68 pages. White card covers with grey printed wrapper attached at spine. Page dimensions: 214 x 138mm. New Zealand poetThis copy with a yellow wraparound band from the Mermaid Press. The band has printed on it: "Thanks to the generosity of the New Zealand University Press, copies of this important book are now available to the public from the MERMAID PRESS, Wellington. These poems were Rex Fairburn's major work and deserve to be published as widely as possible / 10/6". Loosely included are 2 copies of a an advertisement for 45 rpm recording of Fairburn reading six of his poems, the first of a planned series of "A Little Mermaid" recordings.
