Dawlish: David & Charles, 1963. First edition (hardback). 8vo (24cm by 15cm), 158pp. 21 plates. Original green cloth, dustwrapper. Light foxing to the preliminary pages and the edges of the text block; overall, the book is in good to very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (some chafing of the extremities, some creasing of the top edge) The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
