Orig. published in 1943, this is the first reprint edition from Blue Ribbon Books from 1944, identical in all aspects. Tan cloth-covered boards are stamped with a darker brown plane design to front, replicated on the spine, with dark brown lettering. Decorative endpapers show Japan & the coast of China. Condition is VG+: very clean, pages appropriately tanned (wartime paper quality & age), binding tight & square, pages tanned, commensurate with age & wartime paper quality, but completely unmarked. Just a hint of rubbing to extremities.
