US: Cemetary Dance Publications, 1997. First Edition. Hardback. Very Good/Very Good +. Signed hardcover edition limited to 500 copies of which this is numered "PC" (Publisher's Copy). Signed by all contributors at edition description, and inscribed and signed by the author at second half-title page. Light grey cloth over boards with black debossed particulars and publisher's emblem to spine. Pages and illustrations are clean and unmarked. Text block has light soiling particularly to top edge. Boards are clean and bright with crease along right side of spine, light bumping to top corners and ends of spine, and heavy bumping to lower corners; light rubbing to corners and lower edge. Binding is tight, spine is slighly cocked. Dust jacket is clean and bright with light creasing to corners and ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
