Large colour folding map, vi + 552pp, index, first and last leaves foxed, deacquistioned from the United Service Institution of NSW library with their stamps on the front free endpaper and title page, upper corner clipped front free endpaper, spine stained where library label once was attached(?). A sound generally clean ex-library copy in original blue lightly worn cloth, lettered in gilt on upper cover (still bright) and spine. A delightful collection of short essays on all things Japanese. Presented in encyclopedic format this is a delightful book to dip into. .
