Signed by the author without inscription on half title. 16mo (6" x 4.5"); 32pp. Side-stapled paper wraps. Covers lightly toned along edges with a tiny spot at bottom front edge. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.
Number 2 in Richard Frank's The Bizarre Series, featuring the titular story as well as an interview with Keller and an essay, "The Psychology of Fear." Keller's story first appeared in Weird Tales Magazine in 1932, as well as in the UK in the anthologies Grim Death (1932) and The "Not at Night" Omnibus" (1937)
