Ex-library with bookplate on front endpapers and perforated stamp on title page, name stamp on the outside of photo frame, pocket has been removed from rear pastedown, remains of paper library jacket on cover as well as taped spine. Six original issues bound as one volume, without printed wraps or advertising pages but with all editorial content . Octavo, 9 3/4" tall, iv + 336 pages, with intertextual illustration PLUS 12 Woodburytype photographic plates, 3/4 leather with red cloth. A good copy overall, interior very good, clean, internal binding solid, paper lightly yellowed, photographs bright, BUT exterior leather worn through at fore-corner tips, remaining back strip leather covered with cloth tape, hinges broken, front endpaper detached. Needs professional restoration of covers.
