Akwasasne: N.A.I.T.C,, 1978. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 11 ½ x 9 ½. The interior of the book is crisp and clean, with no signatures, damage, and just a few indications of previous use. The orange cloth covers are fresh, with just a touch of wear at tips and corners. The dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with light wear overall, and some fraying to the top and bottom of the spine. A very nice copy. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: This is a detailed (235 page) history of lacrosse, particularly as it has been played by the Mohawks of Akwesasne, heavily illustrated with vintage photos and black-and-white drawings. A folder ourlining the history of the N.A.I.T.C., is laid in. Please note that this is a large, heavy book which may require additional shipping charge if sent outside of North America.
