Publishers gray cloth lettered front cover and spine, index at front, unnumbered pages of advertising to front and rear, 3 photographs, many tables including fold-out chart, fold-out map at rear.; 5" x 7"; 336+ pp; Cloth lightly soiled, two small holes in cloth at spine, solid and square binding, one page has small closed tear at spine, a few pages with creased corners, clean and unmarked within. Fold-out chart is in VG condition; map has edge toning and one section with splitting at folds. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
