Condition is VG+: extremely clean & bright & feels unopened, with binding strong & straight. Pages creamy white with age-appropriate tanning, heaviest around all edges, but no markings. Modest tanning/toning inside both covers with light foxing to ffep. Teeny (1/8") tear to bottom edge of front cover near spine.
