Stenhouse's wife, Fanny, includes a full account of the Mountain Meadows Massacre, the life, confession, and execution of Bishop John D Lee, and much on the Utah, and Brigham Young with the issues of sexual and social customs!
This 1874 first edition includes 27 illustrates black and white plates throughout!
