New York: The Lantern Press, 1947. Reprint . Hardcover. Very Good/Good-. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Uncredited. Bound in orange cloth with titles and decorations stamped in dark blue. 253 pages. Volume 2 in Lantern's "Teen-Age" series. An early reprint, with titles listed on the rear panel of the dust wrapper dating no later than 1948. The cloth shows light wear with a bit of creasing to the spine. Former owner's name to the front free endpaper, otherwise unmarked. The jacket is lacking 1" at the head of the spine and 1/2" at the heel. There is a creased tear to the upper front corner. Hinges solid; binding square. The jacket is now in mylar. Very difficult to locate in a Lantern Press edition.
