Published by the industrial publisher of Spaeth & Linde, specialist bookstore for tax literature. Book is worn, pages significantly yellowed. There is no dust jacket, but doubtful there ever was. Paper covered boards with a marble-esque pattern. Brown faux leather binding with gilt lettering. Creases along spine. Book cocks. Dent on edge of rear board. Worn corner tips and shelf-wearing to bottom edges of boards. Former owner name top right corner of FEP. Moisture wave in gutters near the back of the book.
