Efim Gammer is an award-winning poet, writer, artist, and cartoonist - currently living in Israel. He is also a champion boxer. He moved to Jerusalem after growing up in Latvia and working as a journalist in Siberia. In the words of prominent art critic and cartoonist Meir Ronnen: Gammer's works "...of satirical and fantastic-realist bent mix satire with poesy and contain all of the details within a single mass which itself becomes a fantastic compositional shape."
