Montreal: McGill Queens Univ Press. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1974. Reprint. Hardcover. 0773502181 . 473 p. 19.5 cm. Sound and square binding in orange paper-covered boards. Ding on top front edge and corner. Lightly foxed to the top edge of the text block. Bottom edge of block has a bit of soil. Blind stamp of previous owner on the half-title page. Otherwise the inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. The dustjacket has some edge and corner wear and is soiled and lightly rubbed overall. Largely a collection of Inuit folklore tales, with the first 80 pages describing their habits and language. A reprint of the original English edition issued in 1875. Includes a new introduction by Helge Larsen. .
