First edition (F-T), good + blue-green cloth hardcover (no dust jacket) with pasted on illustration to cover shows some rubbing and soil to covers, bit of dulling to gilt letter at spine, bumping to bottom corners, ring stain to rear cover, bit of soiling to endpapers and spots at text block, bookseller sticker at rear pastedown, couple of light internal splits, open chipping and closed tearing at bottom edge of pages 153-156 and some other light trace wear. 267 pages pages with 58 black & whites and color frontispiece. Still a solid first edition copy of Grey's firt fishing effort that tells of fights with marlin, tuna, tarpon and more.
