SIGNED and inscribed “For Stephen, good luck” by the author on the half-title page with stamps of the author's chop and a website for the book. 1st edition, 2nd printing. Dust jacket has cosiderable edgewear and a small closed tear. Book has a few spots of foxing on the edges of the pageblock and shelfwear to the base of the spine.
