Hardcover. 253 pp., illus., with fold-out maps at rear, some damp staining to covers, upper right corners of pages damp stained, larger area affected toward back of text block (one inch down from top right corner, one and a half inch across), entire book has a slight horizontal bend, so when placed on shelf the top edge is a bit off to the left from bottom edge .
